The Secret to Having the Love Relationship You've Always Wanted ...

The Secret to Having the Love Relationship You Want

Everyone wants love. Regardless of what people say on the topic, we all desire affirmation, appreciation, and intimacy in our lives? A feeling of special closeness & connection with someone. I know that perfect & eternal love can be given only by God himself, because as humans we?re flawed and filled with all sortsa things that prevent us from giving & receiving the love we need to one another? But in our desire to someday have an intimate relationship that grows & flourishes simultaneously with our marriage, what is the secret in making everything come together?

It?s simple: you?ve gotta be in tune with the seasons of life!

Many times we try wayyyyyyyy too hard to make a relationship work that?s either not supposed to, or not yet time to materialize. We get frustrated, hurt, bitter, etc? But more importantly, it takes our eyes off of the perfect will of God for our lives, that?s calling out for our attention. And the bottom line is if we can?t do what is required of us by God when we?re by our lonesome, how in the world are we going to be able to continue following his perfect plan for us while vying for the attention of a man/woman? It would be nearly impossible.

And on the other side of the pillow, we get this HIGHLY unrealistic notion that the perfect man/woman for us will magically appear out of thin air with wedding bands & church bells, without us having to build an actual relationship prior. Think about it this way: when have you ever heard of a fruit tree in nature growing without some kind of seed? Never! So why do we feel like there won?t be a process to the relationship with the person we wanna spend the rest of our lives with?

Life is made up of seasons, and when we?re in tune with the winds of change, we?ll begin to see the relationships we desire begin to take shape. The principal of seed, time, and harvest is the perfect analogy. You?ve gotta plant, then wait a while to see if a relationship will grow into something fruitful; which requires a bit of patience, and YES, a bit of work. You don?t have to do too much, because you can?t control the weather? But don?t do too little, because it takes a seed to be planted first for something to grow. Pursue God?s will, while putting yourself in situations for you to build & cultivate relationships while keeping your integrity. And then wait.

Your time is coming, and you?re at peace because you?ve figured out the secret to having the love relationship you want. #BelieveInLove

1 dead, 1 missing in avalanches east of Seattle

SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. (AP) ? A woman who had been buried in five feet of snow has died, and one man was still missing Sunday morning after a pair of spring avalanches struck separate groups hiking in the mountains east of Seattle, authorities in Washington state said.

Sgt. Katie Larson, with the King County Sheriff's Office, said a team of rescuers worked through the night in blizzard-like conditions to carry the female snowshoer off the mountain just after midnight.

She was not moving and had been in and out of consciousness. Medics confirmed that she had died when they reached the base of the mountain, Larson said.

"The conditions yesterday were horrific," Larson said Sunday. "It took 25 rescuers about five to six hours" to bring her off the mountain in a sled.

The woman, whose identity was not known, had been hiking with her dog near a group of a dozen other people Saturday afternoon when an avalanche hit Red Mountain near Snoqualmie Pass east of Seattle.

She had been buried in five feet of snow but was dug out with the help of a group of a dozen snowshoers, who had also been caught in the avalanche.

Members of the group told authorities that it took them 45 minutes to find the woman. They dug her out of five feet of snow. "They did their best to try to warm her up," Larson said.

Meanwhile, the search for a 60-year-old hiker who was swept down the mountain in a separate avalanche at Granite Mountain Saturday was suspended indefinitely due to the poor weather conditions.

"There was a heavy snow dump last night, and conditions are still very hazardous," Larson said.

The man, from Kent, Wash., was with two other friends when the avalanche carried them more than 1,200 feet down the mountain. The two friends suffered injuries that were described as not life-threatening. One of them was taken to a hospital, but Larson did not know his condition.

The avalanches occurred as heavy snow fell near Snoqualmie Pass.

Ramone's son, Matt Ramone, confirmed the death. The family did not immediately release details of the death, but Matt Ramone says his father was "very loving and will be missed."

Few producers had a more spectacular and diverse career. Ramone won 14 Grammy Awards. He worked with Frank Sinatra and Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney, Elton John and Tony Bennett.

He produced three records that went on to win Grammys for album of the year ? Simon's "Still Crazy After All These Years," Joel's "52nd Street" and Charles' "Genius Loves Company." He was a pioneer of digital recording who produced what is regarded as the first major commercial release on compact disc, "52nd Street," which came out on CD in 1982.

He thrived producing music for television, film and the stage. He won an Emmy for a TV special about Duke Ellington, a Grammy for the soundtrack to the Broadway musical "Promises, Promises" and a Grammy for the soundtrack to "Flashdance."

Ramone made an art out of the "Duets" concept, pairing Sinatra with Bono, Luther Vandross and other younger artists, Bennett with McCartney and Barbra Streisand, and Charles with Bonnie Raitt and Van Morrison. In Ramone's memoir, "Making Records," he recalled persuading a hesitant Sinatra to re-record some of his signature songs.

"I reminded Frank that while Laurence Olivier had performed Shakespeare in his 20s, the readings he did when he was in his 60s gave them new meaning," Ramone wrote. "I spoke with conviction. 'Don't my children ? and your grandchildren ? deserve to hear the way you're interpreting your classic songs now?'"

A native of South Africa, he seemed born to make music. He had learned violin by age 3 and was trained at The Julliard School in New York. Before age 20, he had opened his own recording studio.
